Due to some questions from the initial members, we would like to clarify some details on our submission. The set KPI has been fully met, which is confirmed by the verification of Free Ton analytical department. The deadlines were shifted for several reasons:
First, due to Covid pandemic, second, rebranding of the award, fully described in detail in the report published above.
NFT platform NI FI is a joint project of AEC AWARDS shareholders and Marketplace Developers, it was originally created as a platform for the implementation of art objects of the finalists participating in the AEC AWARDS. Also, the team of AEC Awards programmers introduced a plugin into the registration system, which significantly simplified the registration of participants and the opening of wallets for them.
We also want to acknowledge our initiative to change the mechanics of obtaining crystals for opening wallets in our previously approved proposal. (Previously - 4 crystals for 1 wallet) we offered a combined option, where for each open wallet we get 1.5 crystals, and an additional 2.25 ton crystals, provided that this member becomes a fully active user, with proven transactions on Free TON
We are in final stages of creating a unique DAO on Free TON which will include - AEC Awards, Free TON Shop and NI FI club and other participants. The goal of the project is to popularize the TON Crystals coin and release GT by creating a single platform for influencers. This will be the final point in performing the KPI according to our proposal.

AEC Awards Report Update
April-August 2021
In June of 2021, Art Erotic Challenge project, made a business decision to change the projects name to AEC AWARDS (ART EXPERIENCE CRYPTO AWARDS) due to the covered erotic themes, where’s participants’ artwork was supposed to reflect on sensuality, aesthetics and beauty of the human body, which is a popular concept among contemporary artists and photographers. The project was rebranded and renamed as AEC AWARDS due to the following reasons:
- Inability to attract traffic from targeted advertising, as the word “EROTIC” is blocked in ads on Facebook, Instagram and Telegram.
- Difficulties in engaging new partners and sponsors due to the word “EROTIC” being present in the project’s name.
- COVID-19 pandemic. Inability to host offline events abroad (Turkey).
- Technical issues with the website caused by high traffic.
- Programming development of an improved registration which greatly simplified the process and allows for the wallet to be opened automatically.
- Mass requests from participants to extend the first stage’s deadline, due to lack of time to complete the project.
More importantly, on April 22, 2011, AEC Awards (previously Art Erotic Challenge) received an approval from Free TON Community to form a partnership with Free TON. According to the terms of the proposed and approved partnership, AEC Awards took on the following responsibilities:

- NFT marketplace development and integration
The sponsors of AEC Awards had actively participated in the development and the launch of NIFI Club platform. As the first step in integration of AEC and NIFI, the paintings of the “Founding Fathers” of Free TON created by the artists participating in the AEC Awards project have been tokenized and will be auctioned through NIFI Club platform (https://nifi.club/) this month.
- Not less than 15,000 users delivery of NFT marketplace, MVP version
Up to date, over 52,000 users have registered on aec-awards.com platform as spectators and 1,720 have registered as participants (725 artists, 510 photographers, 224 designers, 261 models). Each user has an open and active wallet. To become a user AEC AWARDS platform, you need to have an activated wallet. We will send TON Crystals to all our users to spend during the voting process, participate in our Art Lotteries, buy art and merch of our artist and purchase additional TON Crystals.

April 22-24 – Photography area at the Photoforum exhibition at Crocus Expo. More than 5,000 attendees. Presentation of the project for photographers.

April 24 – St. Petersburg Fashion Week attendance. AEC AWARDS presentation for professional fashion industry experts, introduction to blockchain and TON Surf wallet, crystal draw.

May 7 – Organising the 1-year anniversary of the Free TON, help in gathering crystals for the event. AEC AWARDS was also among the event’s sponsors. A designated photography area was built along with the area showcasing videos (Free TON World) and paintings (Free TON World and “Founding Fathers”), where everyone could find out more about the AEC AWARDS.

May 24 – Participation in the International Forum Dubai that was attended by more than 3,000 people.

May 28 – Organising an event for the Community magazine (AEX AWARDS as the event sponsor). The aim of the event was to introduce creative professionals (artists, designers, models, photographers) to the Free TON blockchain, open new wallets, and give away the FreeTONShop merchandise. The event was attended by 1,500 people, and more than 500 TON Surf wallets have been opened as a result.
- Integration with FreeTONShop for the sale of digital on other merchandise created by the artist of the project.
Release of a limited digital fashion collection in collaboration with FreeTONShop, now anyone can try on an out-of-this-world outfit. Each “fitting” costs 30 TON Crystals. A draw for a free fitting will take place on Instagram (https://www.instagram.com/aec.awards/) on September 17th. Automated Wallet Set Up
Our tech team has developed a unique plugin that enables automatic creation and activation of wallets in the TON blockchain system. Upon completion of registration, each user automatically receives an activated wallet. Before the voting begins, users will receive crystals to his/her wallet, that they can use to vote for their favourite artist. The wallet can also be used to participate in draws and contests, as well as to purchase FreeTONShop merchandise.
The code of this unique plug-in will be released to public this month and we are completely sure will receive not only applause, but also a quick adoption by the Free TON community
Unique collaboration on Free TON for delivery of total solution to a targeted audience
We are in the process of finalizing a creation of ARTBLOCK DAO, its private SubGov and plan to launch its own Governance Token in late September.

Registration process for participants in the AEC Awards project.
Users of the AEC Awards platform are divided into participants and spectators. To become a participant, you need to register on the platform, pay the entrance fee, complete the work according to your nomination and the challenge task, attach the work and description to it in your personal account. Registration of participants in the AEC AWARDS 2021 project ends on September 30, 2021.
Spectator: To become a spectator, you need to register on the platform. Before the start of voting, each viewer will receive Crystals to the wallet whose number is in his personal account. Next year - AEC AWARDS 2022
After the final awards of the current round are given out to its Winners, we plan to launch a start of 2022 awards, covering a different theme and audience directly thereafter.
We also believe that all future requests for TON Crystals should be based not just for opening a wallet on Free TON, but for real interaction and transactions. Therefore, we propose that any further distribution to us (and in reality to all participants of Free TON) should be based on the following:
- 1,5 TON Crystals for every new participant
- 2,25 TON Crystals for confirmed interaction and transaction by the participant based on staking their Crystals to vote on their favourite artist, participation in Art Lottery, purchase of additional Crystals

Hi FreeTON community, this is the AEC AWARDS Road Map.
200,000 tokens received from Free TON for the voting drops will be used in the following way:

From October 15 to December 1 we’ll distribute 50,000 crystals among participants in order to vote for the project’s finalists.

150,000 crystals will be allocated as a prize fund until December 15. Prize payouts will be locked until the new awards process will start (approx. the end on January 2022). Each of the four nominations will have 3 winners: 1st place — 20,000 crystals, 2nd place — 12,000 crystals, 3rd place — 5,500 crystals
50,000 crystals received for the creation of digital clothing will be spent on development and resale of a digital collection via FreeTON Shop, as well as integration of the winners’ artwork via NIFI CLUB platform.
Until December 1st we’re carrying out an internal audit of new wallets’ activity (above the amount of 50,000 announced ones) to report the results of the AEC Awards wallet activity in 2021 to the FreeTON community.

We are thrilled to announce the launch of the AEC Awards token AECoin. It’s total emission is 888,888,888 coins, and 10% of this amount is allocated to the AEC Awards marketing budget. Another 10% goes towards the project’s team payments. The lock-up period of the team’s coins is three first months after the currency launch, the vesting period — three months following the lock-up period.
The rest will be distributed among the AEC Awards partners, who will be actively involved in the project’s promotion.
