@omar572 thank you for the question. Yes, that’s correct – the users had to open a wallet with TON Surf, then copy their wallet ID and paste in a specified field on the AEC AWARDS website. This procedure proved to be inefficient in terms of website conversion, and the ad campaign’s CTR was extremely low. As part of the rebranding, our development specialists automated the process of wallet activation, which led to an increase in registration numbers due to a simplified procedure.
Okay, but where are these wallets actually opened? How do you activate them? Do you have special staff members who do this manually?

@omar572 The wallets are registered in our system. The user can then make transactions directly in their personal account or restore the wallet using a seed phrase in any FreeTON wallet 
The activation process is automated, thanks to our technical team:)This means that your wallet is opened upon registration, then activated, and you are free to use it in our system or any other wallet. Hope I had answered your question.

@omar572 Yes, that’s right. Our aim was to simplify the registration process and the use of the wallet as much as possible. We think we have found the right solution:)
Okay, then one more question. Have you researched the number of account holders who are active FreeTON users?
@omar572 Yes, we gather data like this at every stage. As of now, the active user segment makes up around 7-8%. This percentage is quite high.
