I suppose that the proposal should be accepted first, then a Contest will be started where everyone form the list will submit his address.
Why no addresses? With addresses. Many participants have already written to me in Telegram.
If you read carefully, then all interested participants from the list must write their wallet address and telegram username by October 20, 2020 (23:59 UTC). You need to write either here or to me in private messages. After the end of the submission of information, the proposal will be put up for voting by the jury.
A bit wrong. First, everyone provides information (address and username). Then I form a pivot table with this data and adjust the proposal. And then all this is submitted to a vote (there will be a general table)

If someone forms and publishes a proposal and it passes a vote, then everything is possible
The list is not formed according to the merits of each, but simply sorted alphabetically
