We tried to make just another contest with full prizes because of this smart-contract time error (It was established that it was exactly an error in smart-contract), without any success.
But in this Proposal we are asking for just a humble compensation.
Because guys from 21 to 60 had their chance to win and make Free TON better, we also put much time for it but didn’t have a chance because of the error.
Just imagine yourself in that situation.
