Безразницы, он взял обязательство и должен его выполнить согласно условий.
Скорее всего сейчас пару дней подумают о том, как отмазаться, потом что-то придумают и вывалят в сеть. Мы буквально недавно такие жестекуляции замечали, но не в коммьюнити фри-тон а в правительстве.

There are no Control and Audit Departments or Security Services in Free TON. For this reason, there is a lot of misuse and corruption. At the moment, the consensus is that there is no need for such “services” and there shouldn’t be such control tools in a decentralized community.
My team and I profoundly disagree with this position, and in this regard, a few months ago, a private crypto SS (Security Service) was created.
And who can forbid us in a decentralized community?

We call your attention to our first investigation into the activities of Web&Design SubGov.. Due to the large amount of data and labor-intensive data reconciliation, the investigation will be divided into 2 or 3 parts.
In the first part we will analyze some of the initiatives and juries that have caused a large number of questions and dissatisfaction in the community.
In parts 2 and 3 we will go through the effectiveness of contests’ design and look at what happens to the winners’ tokens.
A number of other investigations with more blatant abuses are also on the way.

W&D SubGov Part 1:
Background to the investigation:
The first warning sign appeared a long time ago. It was about a group of people who use dozens of freelancers doing work of average quality for the sake of mass collection of prizes. (I do not have the right to publish data from personal correspondences but perhaps they themselves will add the information below)
The second sign, was judging the Video contest. Inappropriate behavior of one of the judges who was insulting the participants. And the strange synchronous voting of the judges for the winning works.
The final straw was the launch of a postcard contest with a budget of 100,000 (then still at the rate of 1$) and with the rules for distributing prizes in a very suspicious way. And this happened despite many warnings that such a competition can’t be launched, especially with such a budget.
P.S. Also a most strong catalyst was the inadequate and boorish behavior of some actors to the rest of the community.

I can't avoid mentioning the fact that a lot of relevant pros were rejected in the jury competition! Just click on it and see which profiles have been mercilessly rejected. It’s very intriguing thing)
It would be very interesting to get explanations by what criteria the jury was chosen! And why VERY relevant applications were rejected. Or is this a rhetorical question? :)

Our entire team is concerned that if project participants take on the role of leaders in certain areas, they should at least believe in the project! Those who believe in the project cannot invest every earned token into the market. At least. It is very good that a lot of active people from Minter joined our project. But it’s VERY bad that some of them brought out the worst trends and an unhealthy atmosphere and grabbers mindset.
And for the rest …And for the rest, let’s wait for the next parts, there is still a lot of work ahead :)

Чот мне аж поплохело от прочитанного . Очень грустная история
Чтож - когда проходил конкурс жюри я думал о правильной децентрализации. Расстроился когда меня реджекнули, но в итоге когда “поубивали” и более опытных кандидатов совсем не понял для чего это было сделано. Также с открытками и 100 000 пулом был в шоке, так как за оплату подписной кампании сколько было споров, а тут открытки спокойно прошли.
Теперь то я понимаю почему курс монеты так сильно упал - все сомнения развеяны

Предлагаю:
- Дело по расследованию и привлечении всех виновных в мошенничестве продолжить.
- W&D SubGov закрыть как дискредитирующий проект FreeTon.
- Создать новый SubGov из активных участников нашего сообщества. Профессионалов в области дизайна.

Согласен, нужно сформулировать предложения от сообщества. В целом поддерживаю. Я от себя добавлю:
- Ознакомиться с второй частью.
- Послушать ответы фигурантов расследования на высказанные обвинения в виде конференции по Zoom с трансляцией в YT, когда все могут задавать вопросы участникам, получать ответы.
- С учетом процедур составить некий план: как вариант - расформировать или переформатировать инишлов-судей или другие предложения, легальные в формате freeTON.
- Судейство должно гарантировать антикоррупционную устойчивость, принять изменения в правила судейства и требования к судьям, формированию заданий по итогам анализа ситуации.
В целом ощущение, что ситуация в W&D далека от идеальной и разрешение ситуации - тест на устойчивость сообщества к подобным проблемам. Присоединяйтесь к обсуждению.

Всё так. Но к 100к я бы не сильно цеплялся. Тем более уже нет такого курса и имеет значение курс на момент выплаты а не на момент начала конкурса.
Так нигде и нет речи о том, что Михаил самый плохой человек в проекте)
Они втроем просто своим вызывающим поведением влезли вне очереди

Выпустил он на форуме фритон хаус свое интервью с “якобы ответом” на расследование. Простите за тавтологию, но более водной воды я еще не встречал ))) - он видимо совсем не изучил расследование.

Никто, собственно, не мешает создать альтернативный саб-говернанс в противовес к уже существующему. По крайней мере, мне такое правило неизвестно. Два конкурирующих саб-гова могли бы стать выходом из сложившегося положения. Люди бы пошли к тем, кому больше доверяют и кто более плодовит и креативен в плане конкурсов. Создать можно из победителей предыдущих дизайнерских конкурсов, не аффилированных с членами W&D SubGov.
In fact, no one forbid to create an alternative sub-governance as opposed to the existing one. At least I don’t know such a rule. Two competing sub-govs could be a way out of this situation. People would go to those who are more trusted and who are more prolific and creative in terms of competitions. That can be created from winners of previous design competitions not affiliated with W&D SubGov members.

Отличная идея. но все же проникновение кабанов не исключено 
есть альтернатива, но для нее сообщество не слишком велико на данный момент.
А как он сможет обосновать тот факт что кристаллы слиты и кошельки сливающие кристаллы все связаны? Видимо чувак до концам не понял что блокчейн в умелых руках всех таких “кабановцев” на чистую воду выведет.
