Short introduction. Man is a rational, thinking being. So it has the property of the thought that came to consciousness to translate into action. We are all human beings, we all tend to go on about not the best thoughts, and this is normal for human nature. No matter how perfect the technology, the “human factor” can distort the original Idea beyond recognition.

Now down to business. This is my first time participating in a competition in this community. I wondered how this “human factor” could be reduced. And I came up with an idea that I want to share with you.

Possible options for fake judging? Anything can happen. How can we reduce this possibility? I propose the following scheme:

  1. The maximum number of applicants people applying for the judgement.

  2. All applications are processed and a staff of people is recruited.

  3. before each specific competition, the database of these people is placed in the randomizer and randomly selected people to judge in a particular competition.

  4. Who sued, goes into standby mode, and for the next contest in the randomizer are placed those who remained, and so on, until all are sued, so that everyone took part in the judging.

  5. As a result, there is a factor of uncertainty that can affect possible early agreement.

This will help reduce the possibility of the “human factor”.

At the moment, I have voiced the essence of the idea. It can be developed if desired. I invite everyone who is not indifferent to join the process and offer their options. Let’s do it together.

Небольшое вступление. Человек — существо разумное, мыслящее. А значит имеет свойство мысль пришедшую в сознание воплотить в действие. Все мы люди, всем нам свойственно идти на поводу не самых благих мыслей, и это нормально для человеческой природы. Какой бы не была совершенной технология, «человеческий фактор» может исказить изначальную Идею до неузнаваемости.

Теперь к делу. Я впервые участвую в конкурсе в данном сообществе. Я задумался, а как можно было бы снизить этот «человеческий фактор»? И ко мне пришла мысль, которой хочу с вами поделится.

Возможные варианты подставного судейства? Всё может быть. Как нам уменьшить эту возможность? Предлагаю такую схему:

  1. Максимально возможное количество желающих людей подает заявки на участие в судействе.

  2. Все заявки обрабатываются, набирается штат людей.

  3. Перед каждым конкретным конкурсом, база этих людей помещается в рандомайзер и рандомно выбираются люди на судейство в конкретном конкурсе.

  4. Кто отсудил, переходит в режим ожидания, и на следующий конкурс в рандомайзер помещаются те кто остался, и так, пока все не отсудят, чтоб каждый принял участие в судействе.

  5. Как итог, появляется фактор неизвестности, который может повлиять на возможные ранние договоренности.

Это поможет снизить возможность «человеческого фактора».

На данный момент я озвучил суть идеи. Её можно при желании развить. Я предлагаю всем кто неравнодушен включится в процесс и предложить свои варианты. Давайте сделаем это вместе.

А сколько раз нужно повторять такой цикл? Рандом может затруднить жульничество но объективности не добавит.

Сейчас, а тем более при запуске Goverment 2.0, нам не избежать создание картелей и мультиаакаунтов. Я полностью поддерживаю создание смарт контракта для рандомного выбора судей. Лучше избавиться от жульничества, чем не избавляться от него

Можно принять тот факт, что на данный момент нам не собрать идеально компетентный судейский состав по всем конкурсам. И придется в ближайшее время работать « с тем что есть».

Допустим мы собрали базу судейства 500 человек. (Все цифры условны) У нас 10 конкурсов — полный цикл. 9 рандомайзеров по 50 человек на конкурс. Оставшиеся 50 человек судят 10й конкурс.

После этого базу судейства можно обновить. Сделать донабор желающих. Почистить от склонных к непотребству. Естественно цифры поощрения за участие можно пересмотреть. Чтобы у людей был интерес участвовать.

Это как минимум снизит «человеческий фактор». Даст возможность многим другим людям принять участие.
