You can read about it’s current members here https://freeton.org/dod, in addendums section. These are the companies who started Free TON blockchain and who currently are running validators in it.

It was done just to prevent too heavy load on moderators, so that new joining members first try to find the answers in chat history, not ask the same questions each time :slight_smile: I think now this restriction has been already turned off.
