Motivation: In connection with the need to increase the activity, involvement and awareness of Free TON Vietnam participants, it is necessary to select people who would be engaged in community development, attracting new members, managing social networks, and promoting an urgent agenda.
General Requirements:
Vietnamese nationality;
Fluency in Vietnamese;
Knowledge of the differences between the Free TON blockchain and other blockchains;
Understanding PoS, PoW consensus;
Knowledge of the main current directions of Free TON development;
The ability to provide daily support for 4-6 hours;
Friendly and non-conflict communication, no negative feedback from the community to the contestant;
Signed a declaration of decentralization.
Tasks/duties:
Maintain Telegram group: target minimum 600 new live members a quarter;
Maintain Youtube channel: content creation with one or two videos a month. Increase minimum 50 subscribers per month;
Maintain Facebook page: target two or three posts per week;
Maintain Twitter community: same content like in Facebook/ Youtube;
Join and support Free TON Vietnam’s online/offline events;
Answer questions of Free TON members in Telegram, fanpage Facebook and Twitter.
Voting
Each of the Free TON jurors can vote on your submission.
Each juror will vote by rating each submission on a scale of 0 to 10 or can choose to reject it if it does not meet requirements, or they can choose to abstain from voting if they feel unqualified to judge.
Jurors will provide feedback on your submissions.
Duplicate, incomplete or inappropriate submissions will be rejected.
Prize fund of the contest (including jury reward) is 30 000 TON Crystal.
Jury rewards: An amount equal to 5% (1500 TON Crystal) of the prize fund will be distributed equally between all jurors who vote and provide feedback. Both voting and feedback are mandatory in order to collect the reward.
According to the results of the contest, three winners will be selected.
Rewards: Each of the 3 winners will receive 395.8 TON Crystal monthly for 2 years.
Procedural reminders to all contestants
Contestants must upload their work correctly so it can be viewed and accessible in the formats described. If work is inaccessible or does not fit the criteria described, the submission may be rejected by jurors.
Contestants must submit their work before the closing of the filing of applications. If not submitted on time, the submission will not count.
Submission must be uploaded in PDF format and must contain all required information about contestant
