Dune Network Community Partnership Proposal

@Nikita I’d say most of the positive comments were earlier on in the thread, objections are always much louder than agreements in these matters. It’s good these questions are raised but (I’m pretty sure) we’ve handled most if not all concerns.
Re the message above this, I hate to be mean but it seems some people have a bit of a persecution complex. A temporary mute was placed for being rude to another group member. Standard procedure since I started. If this was America, kind of feels like someone would be running around in a fur hat with horns.

since you want to drag it to this place.

I was being rude, with this smily → :joy:

thats how it often goes in crypto. Its not a 1 person 1 vote system.
Crypto votes are always rigged

I don’t think having skin in the game is rigged. Quite the opposite. Why do we need to listen to the voices of non participants?

Rigged? Nobody forced me to vote yes or no, I voted with my own opinion and my conscience like other bakers I think

Hi! Our two cents, cryptoX is largest enterprise baker on Dune Network.

  1. We’ve been working closely with Olab’s team since launch, you can’t put value on such talent. they have taken a superb Tezos tech stack (they helped build it) to higher level.
  2. The current crypto rally and free airdrops everywhere created huge problem evaluating work/accomplishment in blockchain. One thing is certain, competition is here to stay and mergers just about getting started…
  3. If TON to accomplish what said to be their mission statement, there’s a fierce competition from at least 10 other mainstream projects (won’t bore you listing them). in this context, how a merger with established tech team, validators, etc… can be a negative?
  4. I won’t address value/price, it’s impossible to do these days when markets are up 10% daily.

On a long enough timeframe, the merger is a win-win for both project.

Is there any news / information on how to do the exchange?

All the latest info is available in the Telegram/Discord servers. The swap contest is being implemented at this time.

Terrible partnership…seems like we as a community “hired” Ben for 10mln tokens. No swap, no community attraction.

Can you comment on it @ValueCreator @XLR25t?

What kind of comments are you waiting for? Everyone, including the designated comrades, knew how it would all end. If they will justify themselves for every failed partnership, then they won’t have enough time for their pretentious meetups on YouTube…

Strongly disagree. How do you measure community attraction? Want everybody to be involved like Ben Is? Who in Everscale community itself is involved as much as Ben? There is over 8,000 members and maybe 50 frequent active users in telegram. Here is what are you got from this proposal: Validators, experienced team of developers, you got Ben obviously who’s pretty much running the show on Everscale. As much as Dune community goes, there are not many active users in chats, but a lot are actively involved in Everscale, have wallets, participate in liquidity, farming, NFTs, different projects. There is a lot extra monetary investment from the Dune side. And FYI it’s not 10 mil, about 2 mil will go back to the giver. As a matter of fact for now only about 2 mil Ever was released by Everscale. There are many terrible partnerships in Free ton/ Everscale history, but this is not one of them. Do some research before posting judgements.

I’ve not been using the forums much of late, but on top of all that @Ragga has mentioned above, this is a quick read to answer the question: 2021 at OCamlPro | OCamlPro
