Crypterium partnership proposal to Free TON

1. Integration of TON Crystal with Crypterium Wallet

TON Crystal tokens will be progressively integrated into Crypterium Wallet services. As a starting point, we will connect on-chain deposits and withdrawals, along with off-chain transfers by phone and wallet addresses of other Crypterium Wallet users (commission-free service).

At the moment, Crypterium Wallet works under a custodian model. Adding support for FreeTON blockchain nodes will require the development of specific infrastructure.

In order to allow exchange operations for TON Crystal within Crypterium Wallet, we would need to integrate the exchanges that already support your token. Our cross-pair functionality will provide an instant exchange of TON Crystal against 18+ digital assets listed on Crypterium Wallet (BTC, CRPT, ETH, LTC, USDC, USDT, LINK, MKR, QASH, BAT, ZRX, REP, OMG , BCH, XRP, DAI, EURS, DASH, etc.)

The implementation of exchange operations for TON Crystal will open the doors to crypto-fiat services, including buying crypto with a debit/credit card, withdrawing to bank cards, topping up Crypterium Card VISA, and replenishing mobile phone balance.

  • Delivery time: 2 months
  • Workload: 2 senior back-end developers, 3 front-end developers, 1 QA engineer, and 1 product manager.

2. Implementation of TON Crystal staking

At this stage, Crypterium will implement a series of mechanisms meant to stimulate user interaction by delegating TON Crystal staking power in Crypterium. Crypterium will deploy nodes for Free TON network and will act as a validator. In return, users will be eligible to earn staking rewards depending on their amount and retain full ownership of the staked tokens.


  • Requested amount: 75 000 tokens upfront, 75 000 tokens on results
  • Delivery time: 2 months
  • Workload: 1 senior back-end developer, 3 front-end developers, 1 QA engineer, 1 product manager, and 1 designer.

3. Deployment of the special program for users to get a free physical Crypterium Card for TON Crystal holders

This stage will include the launch of a special promotional program designed to increase long-term holdings of TON Crystal tokens. Users will be able to order a physical Crypterium Card VISA Edition by purchasing and holding 1000 tokens for 12 months.


  • Requested amount: 15 000 tokens upfront, 15 000 tokens on results
  • Delivery time: 1 month
  • Workload: 1 senior back-end developer, 3 front-end developers, 1 QA engineer, 1 product manager, and 1 designer.

4. Implementation of TON Crystal referral bonuses

As part of our efforts to boost adoption of TON Crystal tokens, we will integrate these tokens to our referral program. Holders will receive TON Crystals by successfully inviting other users.


  • Requested amount: 5 000 tokens upfront, 5 000 tokens on results
  • Delivery time: 2 weeks
  • Workload: 1 senior back-end developer, 3 front-end developers, 1 QA engineer, 1 product manager, and 1 designer.

5. Inclusion of TON Crystal in crypto portfolios

We will develop and include the tokens as part of our ready-made cryptocurrency portfolios — a service designed to simplify cryptocurrency investments. By adding TON Crystal to these portfolios, every user subscribing to this product will be required to purchase a certain amount of TON Crystals based on a particular ratio.


  • Requested amount: 65 000 tokens upfront, 65 000 tokens on results
  • Delivery time: 2 months
  • Workload: 1 senior back-end developer, 3 front-end developers, 1 QA engineer, 1 product manager, and 1 designer.

6. Development of co-branded payment card

This stage contemplates the development of a co-branded card with Free TON. The card will be an addition to the already operational Crypterium Card VISA Edition (physical and virtual).


  • Requested amount: 75 000 tokens upfront, 75 000 tokens on results
  • Delivery time: 6 months
  • Workload: 1 product manager, 1 business development manager, and other senior managers responsible for partnerships and business operations.

  1. Welcome bonus for new users who will create a wallet in FreeTon: 1 TON Crystal per user.
  • we require as a first bulk 40 000 TON Crystals for attracting 40 000 users into TON Crystal Wallet, from current Crypterium’s user base.
  • for each next 25 000 users we require 25 000 TON Crystals
  • limit on this activity is new 1 000 000 users and 1 000 000 TON Crystals
  1. Stimulation of up 150 000 TON Crystals holders to maintain network stability by staking in the official DePool smart contract TON Crystal at Crypterium validator nodes.
  • for skating from 100 TON Crystals from 3 months, a user will get 3 TON Crystals bonus.
  • we require 45 000 TON Crystals upfront for attracting 15 000 new staking Users.
  • limit on this activity is 450 000 TON Crystals for 150 000 staking users

  • KPI for turnover 7,000,000 EUR Required 200 000 Crystal TONs - what does this mean
  • KPI for users: 191 000 users we require 2,000 000 - did not get the KPI idea and how you get these numbers.

Let me reply to your question:

KPI for users: 191 000 users we require 2,000 000

It means, that for whole period of running (avg 6-8 months) we’ll attract new users through marketing channels and will push them to open TONs Wallet , and these users will do the second KPI:

KPI for turnover 7 mln EUR in TONs, which is internal crypto-crypto and crypto-fiat exchanges with requirement 200k Crystal TONs it means, that for the same period of running we are forecasting this turnover . For that we require additional Crystal TONs for supporting marketing activities, which allow to reach this particular KPI.


I believe that this partnership will be very good for the TON community.

Btw, one of our most popular features which is Apple pay is now available only for iOS users. Google pay implementation is planned for Q1 2021 and is expected to bring more users to Android as well

This sounds like a plan cool plan but are we established enough for this?
Like for example:

If i swap TON to FIAT in your wallet or back, how will you price the tokens and where does the money come from? Not from public markets because currently this is officially in just one CEX and it’s only for locals to use.

I don’t have data from chatex bot trading / volume action so i don’t have evidence how mature TON markets are but are we ready for this? Price could end up being anything and very volatile after public CEX happens.

So i guess i was just interested that where does the money come from if i swap it trough your wallet. Who are the market makers for it?


Currently, Free TON is listed on a very limited basis. TON is listed on Coineal (only Korean citizens can currently trade TON) and there is also an OTC market facilitated by the Chatex Telegram bot. How do you propose to overcome this limitation? Please keep in mind that the Free TON community does not deal with exchanges and does not get involved in the trading of crystals.

Also, this portion of the proposal is unclear to me. Is this correct: the first 80k users “cost” 4 TONs each, and then the next 10k “cost” 16 TONs each, and then the next 191k cost ~5 TONs each? If this is not correct, can you help me better understand the proposed KPI structure?

Maybe a simple table that breaks down each stage of the collaboration, how many new users are recruited per stage, incentive subtotals per user for each incentive type and total incentives per user (in TONs)? I think something like this would help clarify the proposed incentive structures and also the expected number of new users for each stage. We will also need these to be clear to track the KPIs correctly.

Thank you for your question. It’s very important for the token to have liquidity in exchange pairs for being adopted and widely accepted. Until the token is widely listed on other CEX and TON market is mature, we will price the token by ourselves based on the information from OTC market.
